I'm new to the area and figured I'd give this place a chance even with the low ratings...first of all i noticed this place is really run down, especially in the front section where they do nails/manis. I had a 30 min wait which is no big deal. I have been doing dip nails for a while and they soaked my nails completely differently from any other salon I've been to. They took a plastic glove and put acetone in it then put them on my hands then in a bowl of very warm water. She said it was better bc the acetone dries your skin out and this way was faster. I love the owners. I have two nail shops. One by the house and this one by my job. Now if i want to try something new or wrong I go to Pearl. I trust them. Some time the shop conversation is nice. Everybody joins in.

I got a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax for $50. Nails look pretty but with a few cuts. And eyebrows looked uneven so I returned the next day to get them fixed, came out worse. I felt rushed and techs were not caring or sympathetic.
