PC Weks renders great service. I have been there several times. PC Werks has great customer service. They are great. Before going to PC Werks, I went to another computer repair shop, that asked for a $50 deposit just to try and fix my laptop. They said if they dont get it fixed, they will refund my money. My money was refunded when they could not fix it so I went to PC werks. They told me what my computer needed after looking at it for a few minutes (diagnosing it). He told me I just needed to get a better charger. I did and it worked. I did not pay anything for consultation. I had another laptop that needed to have the keypad fixed. He told me that it will cost about $100 to fix it, that it was better to buy a used keypad and attach it to the computer, that is what I did, it cost me only $5 for the keypad. I decided to bring 2 tablet (asus and acer). They told me it will cost about $200 to fix the acer which had a broken screen and freezes and that it was better to buy a new one that cost about $300. The asus (freezes and needs an update) is still being worked on in their shop. They are honest and have intergrity. I will definitely recommend and refer people there because they are awesome
