Dean is very detailed, has so much knowledge about so many different aspects of all kinds of repairs, so many nuggets of wisdom that he is always willing to share about fixing stuff, home repairs, home care, and I seem to always find out how smart and experienced he is with each repair and visit I have with him.

We are first time home owners and had a massive to-do list from our inspection. I’ve found handymen are very busy, and out of the 5 I contacted, Dean was the only one who returned my emails and calls in a timely fashion. What was most impressive was that he took the time to go through our inspection report and itemize each job with the materials and labor price. This was VERY helpful for my scattered brain! Once we got the list finalized he was able to start right away. I believe he works with one other person, so it makes sense that he’s busy. If you keep following up, he will get back to you. Dean was highly professional and efficient in the services he provided and was helpful in pointing out things for me to keep an eye on. I will definitely be using him for future services as well as suggesting him to others.
