Outstanding customer service and excellent work! Eric Sutton exceeded all expectations we had! Just a few hours after his initial inspection, his crew put tarps on our roof to prevent further water damage after a hail storm totaled our roof. He showed up in person for inspections and ensured we were getting a fair settlement and current pricing from our insurance adjuster. The crew members were very professional and efficient. Working with the Paragon roofing team was fantastic. Their communication throughout the process was great and made me feel extremely comfortable as this was my first roof I had to replace due to hail damage. They provided great expertise in the different roof options and completed the project ahead of time. The area was clean when they left, as if they had never been there!
