They make you pay even if they don’t do their job and then they blame it on you. They couldn’t get rid of a stain and they said it was my fault because I already tried to clean it before, still asking to be paid. In the past, cleaners I used would check the stain and give me a discount/not charge me if they couldn’t do the job , or at least would tell me right away if it was probably not going to work. The owner should check and tell you upfront what they can or cannot do, allowing you to make an informed decision. Their business model is about delivering a service not trying to.

This place is amazing! Their prices are affordable and I have always had a pleasant experience with the lovely couple that run the business. They are respectful, and always have items ready on time. My clothing is always done PERFECTLY. I would recommend. 10/10. I drive almost 25 minutes to drop my items off at Paragon. Simply perfect.Services: Ironing

I needed a couple of dresses dry cleaned. The check-in & check-out processes were both easy, the dresses looked great & were ready the next evening, prices were fair, & the lady who helped me was very sweet. I think it's family-owned.
