We feel that everything was perfect, from start to finish. The franchise owners Emma and Dave Cranston were professional, friendly (and funny!), extremely prompt and thorough in responding to every message or call. They made it seem like we were the only job in their minds, even though they are quite busy this season. They were also very flexible in scheduling our job, got it all done in 3 days when we thought it might take 4-5. We did the walk-through at the very end, and our WONDERFUL painter Henrry followed along with us and touched up every single tiny spot then and there, so when they left that afternoon, it was DONE. Henrry really went above and beyond in every single way. In fact, when the owners were moving our bedroom furniture back in place, I teased them calling out “Don’t mess up Henrry’s wall!!” The quality of his work is impeccable; he is a perfectionist and takes great pride in it. In addition, he kept the areas (master bedroom and bathroom) and his materials organized, and orderly when he left each day. Their price was great! We can’t wait to use them for the next several jobs we have on the horizon. Plus, we think Emma and Dave are just terrific and work so well together—their business is a well-oiled machine!

Dave, Emma and their team were a dream to work with! It was a both a personal and professional experience and nice to see such hands on business owners really invested in their customer happiness. Dave was there to give the estimate and to walk through with me at the end to make sure they’d gotten everything. It was very worth it to go with a team I knew I could trust. The Painter1 team painted all the windows, trim, baseboards, and several walls on my 1924 bungalow and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She doesn’t look a day over 80!
