I have been going to Optique since I moved to Dallas 4 years ago. Service, frame selection and optical staff were all great. Dr. Orm who founded the shop is gradually phasing out to retirement. In the past 12 months, everything has changed. Frame selection was not good a year ago and is worse now. There have been at least two new opticians in the past year. Currently, I am waiting for a cracked (chipped) lense to be repaired. I took them in on 10/21 and was told to allow up to 10 business days which would be 11/4 but that it usually took less time (previously would have been a week or less). DIVA DIVA DIVA. First-Class Customer Care and knows her frames and everything else. I am super impressed and will continuing going to Optique based on her ability rot multi-task, have taste and style, cares about herself and the customers and Super Intelligent. Well-done DIVA.

The entire staff was professional, and extremely friendly. I loved Dr. Wang. She is phenomenal! Great experience overall, highly recommend checking this place out for your eye exam and eyeglass, contact needs.
