Customer service: Talk about timely! After receiving our home buyers home inspection report about possible rodent activity in the attic we contacted Omega Animal Removal Dallas at 10:30 AM. By 2:30 PM that same day Jared arrived to complete the inspection.
Product: Thankfully no evidence of rodent activity was identified, and we believe that is a testament to Omega's preventative measures that were completed on the home in 2019.
People: Super nice, punctual, polite, and friendly.
I highly recommend Omega Animal Removal services. From Jared coming out and doing my home inspection and answering all my questions, to the three gentlemen Francisco, Gilmer and Wilmer who came out and filled every weep hole, gap along the roof returns, making sure all exterior holes were sealed around AC lines, trim, and fascia, to installing a camera and setting traps in attic. They were all very professional and well knowledged. I am somewhat a perfectionist and I have no Complaints at all. Everything was cleaned up and it doesn’t even look like they were here. Thank you, Omega!
had a dead cat under my house that smelled so bad i called omega and spoke with chandler he put me on a brief hold to check with his guys and jake got out to me 3 hours later and took care of us. excellent customer service with a reasonable price !
