I had such a wonderful Reiki massage with Brenda at Now & Zen. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and has such a calming presence that made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. It had been a while since I truly felt relaxed, and she helped me completely disconnect from everything for a little while, which was exactly what I needed.
You can tell Brenda genuinely cares about her clients and is very talented at what she does. The entire experience felt peaceful, unhurried, and so restorative.
I also ended up purchasing one of her handmade candles, and it smells amazing. You can tell she puts a lot of care into everything she creates.
She's my favorite. She has more options than any regular massage place, so I can try out more healing options. She's self-employed and currently moved into a new suite inside the Rescue Yoga studio in Carrollton. I like that she works the whole body and can truly tell where you need the most work and will talk about it with you after the session. She's definitely a very nice person and I will keep following her wherever she goes.
