My brother was very ill but then passed away much quicker than we had expected, and suddenly we had to move very quickly with arrangements for my brother. A quick internet search yielded dozens of possible funeral home/cremation companies. I was trying to analyze which company to use at one in the morning, at a time when my mental state was very scattered by our loss.
