I rarely write reviews and don’t like to write reviews, but this company deserves one. I have had to have three roofs replaced in 35 years due to hail damage. I have never had a great or even good experience doing this until I met Tom Longville. He does everything he says he will do and more. He totally took care of all the interactions w the insurance company. He always replied promptly to any questions I had. He and his crew even updated me with roof pictures as they were completing the work. Thank you to Jeff and Juan and his crew. Not only did we have roof damage, we also had hail damage that required our house be repainted (Hardy board), all trim, and the cedar accents be resealed/painted. The attention to detail of Leo and Linda was very impressive. They not only work hard, but they notice the little things and want to do the job well. Tom lines out everything in his contract. He confirms all changes w follow-up emails or texts. His communication skills were excellent.
