Had our gas fireplace serviced on a Monday. Zack our technician was fantastic and explained the entire process and even gave use a few helpful tips. I have used them for 4 years now, and we have never had an issue to include warranty.

It's hard to find re putable companies to do this work as thorough and efficient as these guys . I also like they provide inspection report just in case it's needed for Insurance purposes.

Dustin was on time and very efficient and professional. Most of all, and the reason for the review, he patiently and gladly answered ALL my questions. It was clear to me Dustin loves teaching about chimneys as much as I love teaching about Jesus.
