I have been working with Mikayla for both myself and my infant daughter for several months now, after a referral from a lactation consultant. I will say, I have noticed a big difference in my own life as a result of this type of bodywork. Mikayla is very skilled at her trade and great at educating along the way. The biggest difference I’ve personally felt is an overall deeper relaxed state, as though deep seated / trapped stress (which I’d intellectually and emotionally worked thru years ago) was dug out and removed.
