Very disorganized office. I was stood up for my first cleaning appointment, with no apology call from the dentist. After returning a week later for the rescheduled appointment, I still had to wait an hour to get in because they forgot I would be coming for it. At first I had thought they had given a discount on the cleaning for the inconvenience of all this but it turns out their billing system wasn’t working correctly and they called me later for the full amount which left me in disbelief. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the dental work itself was very well done but I still doubt I will return.
Recently got an implant done from Dr. Hong. I'm very happy with it. I've been to my fair share of dentists and been dealing with teeth problems all my life. The only thing that managed to stay good was the bridge Dr. Hong did for me 20 years ago, so I went to back to see Dr. She is very precise and meticulous with her work.
