During a recent sudden storm, we found water coming through the kitchen ceiling. After reporting this to our insurance agent, I looked for a local company with a great reputation. I found Michael Young Roofing after a brief search of companies near me who had excellent reviews. I called Michael who met me within 2 days. He looked at our roof and offered to be present when the insurance adjuster came to see the roof and interior damage. To my surprise, the insurance adjuster recommenced we replace our roof even though it was just 11 years old. Apparently, it was not as good as we had thought.

Michael Young roofing took good care of me. The work was satisfactory, the timeline was acceptable, the project manager (Spencer) was fair and took good care of me. With a big project like a roof replacement - especially with an insurance claim - you find yourself in need of many separate contractors. Spencer not only helped with my roof replacement, but also called in Window guys, painters, and had a team replace my chimney. He handled the rotating door of different contractors very well and managed their work and progress very well.
Outstanding! Don’t look any further you found a great roofing company! Michael did exactly what he said he would do and more! On time and great quality. His crew was professional, clean and extremely nice. They did the roof in one day then came back the next morning and walked the entire property and picked up any nails or other trash. His gutter crew is great as they explained what they were going to to and did it. You will enjoy a worryfree install of your roof and a man that does it without any problems.
