Michelle is wonderful and I highly recommend! My daughter and I had previously gone to another photographer to get her head shots. It was very impersonal, there was no contact to help us get prepared, and in the end, we were not happy with the photos.
Our experience with Michelle was completely different! She takes the time to explain everything on the phone so that you are well prepared and know what to expect before you get there. My time with Michelle at MGMarshall Headshots was nothing short of amazing. Michelle's website featured an abundance of images to assist in your selection process. Next, a 15-minute phone consultation set expectations and addressed pricing options. Finally the big (photo) day arrived... I found Michelle's studio warm and inviting. Last but not lest, Michelle was fun, engaging, and professional. Just what the doctor ordered. In other words, Michelle was a delight to work with, removing all fright & intimidation.
