Edit to add: Since my original post, the company has responded and resolved my billing issues.
Poor communication. We have moved on to another CPA but still dealing with this company over a balance that I cannot get explanations for. They can only tell me the date for the charge but the only communication we had from the date was one email response that does not constitute hundreds in fees (basically she copy and pasted the first result that came up in google which we could/did find ourselves before seeking expert advice). The CPA we were working with has left their company so they do not have the breakdown but yet they expect payment. Cannot get them to respond...read full review
