I thought the work done was performed very professionally and quickly. I enjoyed talking to the workers while they did the job and they were very good about answering any questions I had. The only negative I had was the cost for the work. I didn't have time to get estimates for the job so nothing to campare with, but I thought the cost was a little high for what they did. Other than this I have no complaints.
Masters Services was a pleasure to do business with. Despite having to deal with high demand post-Beryl (hurricane), they were very professional. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because we have yet to experience a serious rain event since, which in my mind, would put the job to a true test.
Aside from customer service reps who were always responsive and friendly over the phone, I was able to speak to one of the head honchos, Brian, at length about the in's and out's of what they offered. He put me more at ease about the service provided.

Every step of working with Masters Services was top notch. From the initial inspection of our storm damaged chimney to the quote to the work crew and especially the customer service I was highly impressed. We will have no qualms about calling them again for all our fireplace/chimney needs.
