I had a very pleasurable experience getting my jeans hemmed and blouse sleeve altered from this place! The man was kind, warm, and friendly. He explained to me the different types of hems I could choose from (by showing me samples) and asked detailed questions about my blouse to gauge exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated his attention to detail and the quick turnaround time. Received exactly what I wanted ?

This place is efficient. The people working may not have the best customer service skills but their work is quick and beautifully done. I have complicated blazer sleeved hemmed and some pants, all turned out great!
