Top-tier, professional service at Liberty Hail! Mr. Franklin and his impeccable team, Sam and Zana went above and beyond. My car looks brand new. Not only did they take excellent care of my vehicle, but they also kept me informed every step of the way. Franklin is truly that guy—he follows through on his word. I was treated like a celebrity! For a new company that’s just starting there will be many mistakes and growing pains. The way you handle all of that speaks volumes. My experience at the beginning wasn’t the greatest but at the end of the day I was taken care of from start to finish. They made sure they did everything that they possibly could to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I respect and admire the way of going about handling the situation. I’m not perfect and honestly far from it which is why you can’t be made at someone for messing up. It’s apart of life and that’s how we all learn.
