There were plenty of notification texts with information about my consultation. Linden was on top of our appointment and sent a text and called a little earlier to check up on me. She explained every step of the process well and was polite and friendly throughout our entire interaction.
When I arrived at the location, the staff was very welcoming and the provider was quick and precise with the laser and made sure to explain every step as she went along.
Booking the initial appointment was easy with Linden and my next session was easily scheduled at the front desk. Overall, a seamless and not-so-scary experience for a first-time customer!

Nick and Harleen are fantastic! Nick was exceptional in fixing a technical issue. He great at troubleshooting and has exceptional customer service. Harleen was quick, efficient and very personable. I really appreciate them both!
