Oh my goodness. Firstly, let me say, Euri, thank you so much! I was very particular about my puppy’s 6 month cut (first “big boy” cut and second groom), and she was so empathetic and listened to exactly what I wanted and communicated that she understood. He was so excited and happy when I picked him up and he looked exactly how I’d hoped. This shop is clean and smells amazing. Scheduling is a breeze, pre-appointment communication is top tier, and everyone is friendly. I’ve already booked our next groom. Highly recommend!
I have brought both of my doodles here multiple times over the last two years for both haircuts and baths. Each time the dogs have come home looking great. There have been times when their hair was cut shorter than I had asked but that was due to hair matting. They called and let me know what was going on before trimming their hair shorter to confirm that I approved. They recommended a spray I can use when at home that does work well when brushing out the tangles.
I always love how my dog looks when I pick him up. The groomers have always managed my expectations before cutting his hair. My dog always seems happy and well taken care of when I pick him up.
