If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Jordan Crenshaw to get a traditional sew-in. My appointment was for 1:00 pm, she asked me to move it to 1:30pm so she could take another client. I agreed. Then I get a text that she will be 10 minutes late. I gave her an extra five minutes and went in at 1:45pm. She was still with someone else. She was not ready until 2:15pm. It took two hours for her just to braid my hair down, which was very loose and not tight at all. This should have only taken her 30 minutes. Then another 1hr and 45 minutes to try and sew the tracks in. It was terrible. The tracks were loose, not sewed down well, and the back was lifting up. It was terrible,...read full review
