I’m going to be very honest when I made the first call the schedule an appointment with Dr Patel I thought I made a huge mistake the person whom answered the phone was not patient friendly didn’t give their name just seem dry conversation wise. But, I pray and still gave Dr Patel a chance by going to my first appointment for her to confirm what I already knew which was I needed surgery! From there forward I got nothing but superior service from Dr Patel, the staff at park cities surgery center and most definitely Ms Erica Munoz at the oak lawn location. Dr. Patel is great! Her front office was helpful and got my wife in as soon as possible. She was super accommodating, took time to explain her treatment options and made us feel confident in her skills! Highly recommend for anyone looking for help!
