Kimberly Maxwell, care coordinator, is the kind of gifted, kind, and positive professional that truly changes people's lives for the better. Kimberly handled all of my concerns related to a complicated transition for my 82-year old mother with the kind of focused attention that made me feel I was her only client. Her insight and wisdom related to how to help my mom allowed me to make excellent choices for my mom's changing care needs. Most of all, my mother felt she had someone she could trust in Kimberly. I’m out of words to describe the patient, thorough, pro-active and professional care Kimberly and her team shared while working with us over the past few months. The in-home care pros became warm and treasured friends to Mom. Kimberly led us toward the next step of assisted living with priceless insight, experience, and a relationship with Mom that gave her confidence and trust in an otherwise enormous life change. Five stars aren’t enough. So grateful for this team of caregivers!
Home Instead has been such a great help for our family. The owner, management and caregivers have been wonderful. They respond immediately to phone calls. The caregivers have been so kind and supportive. They are all friendly, warm and trustworthy. Service was quick to start. I can highly recommend this agency !!!
