I am looking for home healthcare for a friend’s father who suffered a stroke. Home care, assistance of Park cities and spoke to Jeanie Glover. Although she could not offer any assistance since the area where my friend’s father lives is out of her reach, She was very nice and spend time finding someone that may be able help. Although she could not offer her services, she nevertheless went out of her way to help without expectations of anything in return. That should be solid proof of the goodness of the people that work at this place.
Jennifer and her staff were wonderful. They took such good care of my mom and stepdad. Jennifer would stop by the hospital to check on Hal, my stepdad, just to talk to him and make sure everything was being done and he was being well cared for. She also was in touch everyday with the caregivers. I can't say enough good things about her and all of the ladies who worked with my Mom. Hal passed away the end of January and Jennifer was so kind and caring. They were all wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone living in that area. We did a very thorough review of about nine different home care companies in North Dallas before selecting Home Care Assistance. They have not disappointed us. Their staff commitment, and supervision his first class.
