Awesome work! I brought my car into Highlands Auto Center in Dallas for a check engine light and general maintenance, and they were very fast, professional, and efficient. The team explained everything clearly, got the diagnostic and repair done quickly, and made the whole process easy. It’s hard to find an honest auto repair shop that communicates well and gets the job done right. I will definitely be coming back here again for future car repairs and maintenance.
I cannot say enough good about my experience at Highlands Auto. I felt devastated and totally overwhelmed by the damage done to my car and the huge expense I'd be facing, but the owner Hussein showed me incredible kindness at every turn, reassuring me and minimizing the cost as much as possible. He even provided me a loaner vehicle free of charge until my car was ready. Truthfully, I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to car issues, and I know that I'd be a prime example of someone to be taken advantage of.
