Kenneth did an outstanding job! His customer service and expertise are truly unmatched.
I lost the only car key I had and initially reached out to another locksmith company. They agreed to replace and reprogram the key but, unfortunately, couldn't complete the job. Desperate for a solution, I contacted multiple locksmiths—only to be turned away because they were unsure about the previous technician’s work.
Thankfully, I called Kenneth! Even though he encountered challenges due to the incomplete job, he was adamant (heavy on the ADAMANT!) about fixing the issue. He didn’t give up—he regrouped, found a solution, and returned... read full review

Man, Casey the technician texted me the entire time after dispatch got us connected… came early… and before we could even get into chitchatting my door was unlocked… no damage… no fuss… no problem…
