I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hanks and his amazing team! The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and professional, setting a welcoming and helpful tone for each visit. Dr. Hanks took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He was incredibly informative, not only addressing the symptoms I came in with but also helping me understand the underlying causes. I never felt rushed—he made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable with the treatment plan. What really stood out was how much he went out of his way to go above and beyond giving me options, different outcome examples, and allowing me to have a say in my treatment plan. He gave me so many choices but allowed me to feel in control of the number of appointments I wanted, the time I could dedicate, my main goals of coming in, and so on. That level of care and transparency I find is rare and so appreciated. I have had bad experiences with other chiropractic clinics in the area, so this was a refreshing experience, to say the least!
