Dr. Vicci is an amazing Dr. but the older lady I believe is the manager always seems to be upset and rude with clients. She scolded another mother because her son with autism was touching the front desk decorations but the mom was talking to the son to not touch it and she rudely intervened when clearly the mom had everything under control. Very unprofessional and sad I got to see that.

Dr Vicci is the best. The biggest issue with this office is the older lady who puts the prescriptions in the eyeglasses. She is very rude, unprofessional and always has an attitude. She should not be able to communicate with clients if she does not know how to be respectful.

I have been coming here the last 2 years. And they are phenomenal. I recently brought in my children and the experience was amazing. Will continue to come back. If you’re looking for an optometrist, this is the best place to come.
