An outstanding engineering services company! I am in the process of building a house and contacted this company for geotechnical investigation and soil studies for the foundation design of my house. I was very lucky to talk to a gentleman in the company, Mr. Syed. My first conversation with him on the phone, I was truly impressed by his technical expertise and his thorough attention to my project and my needs. By talking to him on the phone a few times, I sensed and felt Mr. Syed's sincere care for his projects as well as for me and my needs as his client. I found Mr. Syed an intelligent, professional, courteous, honest and kind and quite personable individual. My other interaction at this company was with one of their engineers, Ms. Shokoofeh (Faye). She sure is a skilled and an experienced engineer who knows her work, is on top of her projects, and get things done and gets them done right! Later, I found out the owner/partner of the company is Mr. Pahlavan, a true gentleman who runs this company in the most professional, logical and ethical manners. As an engineer myself, to find out more about this company, I searched on line and found out Mr. Pahlavan has done numerous community services around Houston area, supporting and giving so many and so much contributions and helping various charitable organization... a true philanthropist! I am very pleased by the engineering services I have received from this company and more importantly had an opportunity to get to know such outstanding and caring individuals who work and run this company. Great experience. I had a small development (1600 sq ft) that needed a geotech report for the foundation engineering, and this company was by far the best value. I had to call a couple of times to get the status, but it was well worth it for the value they provided. I plan to hire again for future commercial development projects.
