Over the weekend, I went into GMC for more information on how to trade it since this was my first time possibly trading in. The sales rep Robert who is one of the first original sales reps that has been with GMC since they opened 16 years ago made the process very open and welcoming. I told him what I was needing and looking for and how we could potentially trade up. He was very understanding and fully transparent on everything. He went above and beyond and spoke to his direct supervisor to help me as much as they could to get me in a car that had enough space for my family and it was such an great experience.
