Honest review. Real person. First off I walked in and was greeted by an employee that informed me that I needed appointment for service. Loved the professionalism and how informative and helpful the person was with getting me with a braider. I schedule for same day but due to circumstances I understood rescheduling may occur. I was able to get in and stitch braided by a very talented braider named Tre. Wasn’t my first time too getting service in the Palace but this experience was the best! Tre was personable and I felt comfortable to express what I wanted my hair to look like and we chopped/talked it up getting to know each other! I recently visited this salon and I have to say, it’s absolutely beautiful. The team is full of talented stylists, makeup artists, waxers, braiders, and locticians. One standout for me was Jonathan,he is incredibly personable and hands-on with his team.He offered refreshments and there were people constantly asking if you need anything .when he came in he spoke to EVERYONE ! I also noticed him giving positive and constructive feedback to his employees, which made the environment feel supportive and professional.

I am giving it a 3 because I think the place could use quite a deep cleaning. And the buckets and mops should not be the 1st thing we see when they walk in. The stylists inside though, are very sweet and helpful. It's just the place that could use some reorganization and cleaning
