Cecile is a totally awesome young woman. She is very efficient and effective in communicating the great product and its benefits . It takes a lot to convince me, and in my extreme skepticism, she managed to gained my trust. She was very kind, polite, professional, patient and extremely informative and knowledgeable about the services offered. She also has amazing customer service and a kindness that seems to be a fleeting commodity in this industry.
