Very shady agency. I had a nightmarish experience with them. I just reported them to the state of Texas. They forced me to use their services, and then did not pay the workers that performed services for them. I am advocating to the full extent of the law. I am a mandatory reporter with the state of Texas.

I am here only because one of this company's client has been stolen from recently and the only reason she has kept with this company is because she has not been able to find anyone else to take care of her. There is a language barrier. The worker does not understand ENGLISH. The client sent her to the store to purchase 2 Duncan HInes cake mixes and chocolate frosting mix with her (Client's) debit card. The worker returned with two hams and a bag of chocolate halloween like bag of chocolate candy which cost over $30.00. The worker does not change the sheets on the bed, watches tv and falls asleep. The services provided by this company are unmatched. The owners and staff are caring and friendly; they go above and beyond to ensure patients receive the highest-quality care. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
