I nearly left a low rating when I showed up and my scheduled barber was unavailable and I had to wait.
However, he called in another barber to get me taken care of while he was with a client. Rafael was absolutely awesome. He was down to earth, friendly, and is a master of his craft. Some the best customer service I’ve had at a barber shop and certainly one of the best haircuts. I’ll definitely be a returning client!

Very disappointing experience. I feel like I was **scammed by the reviews**. I was charged **$80 for only a haircut that took 15 minutes**, and they only did a quick scissors cut on the side tips. No hair wash and no proper service. Definitely **not worth the price**.
