Went in for a small piece of carpeting. They have a good selection of remnants. They will make cuts of any size from full rolls at prices near half those of the big box stores. They offer many colors and grades. Definitely worth the trip.

I was worried that I would pay more by not going to a big box store like Home Depot or Lowe’s, but I was wrong. Evans Carpet was incredibly helpful, and we actually saved money. They are family run and local and operate with integrity. With Evans Carpet, you pay for installation separately, and they use subcontractors with whom they have worked for many years. When there was a little hiccup about scheduling with the installer, they handled it smoothly and didn’t miss a beat. I could not be happier with the carpet, pad, which is designed to be pet resistant, or the installation. Our home looks beautiful!

We were given a great deal on available carpet tiles by Mark. When the chairs arrived for our Church sanctuary my wife instantly saw that the carpet color clashed with the chairs. What were we to do! We went first thing in the morning to Mr. Evans and explained the situation. We tried to select another carpet from his in store stock to no avail due to that large quantity and specific color required. He suggested that he could order another carpet from his suppliers. However, we needed the facility to be ready for our December 31 Church launch and the earliest possible delivery time frame was into the New Year.
