Highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions
We bought 3 AC/Heating units for our four-thousand square foot home in November of 2022. The owner—David—provided us with (1) the best personal feeling of expertise among five companies that I contacted and had come out and look, and (2) he provide us with a great rate on all three units—it was not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expensive—it was right in the middle of five separate bids we were provided. We were recommended Efficient Home Solutions by our general contractor during a recent remodel, where we wanted to adjust a vent for a room that was being closed off. David and Jordan, came to the house, listened to our concerns about the quality of our existing central HVAC system and began investigating. David noticed that the original HVAC system did not have properly sized return vent volumes, which was causing the unit to not be as efficient.
