We were recommended Efficient Home Solutions by our general contractor during a recent remodel, where we wanted to adjust a vent for a room that was being closed off. David and Jordan, came to the house, listened to our concerns about the quality of our existing central HVAC system and began investigating. David noticed that the original HVAC system did not have properly sized return vent volumes, which was causing the unit to not be as efficient. They gave a couple of options for retrofit the existing system, but since the unit was already leaking, we opted for full system replacement with adding additional return ducts. The install went smoothly, with Jordan taking time to make sure the work was completed correctly. We have seen great improvements in air temperature for the house and love the new system. Recently, David and Jordan came to address a concern we had around an imbalanced room temperatures in two rooms, but David pointed out an obvious (and free) solution which was to turn on the ceiling fan in reverse to pull heat from a vaulted ceiling. They were willing to research other options if we weren't happy after trying an easy fix. Now our house temperature feels consistent, room to room.
