Walked in here for a simple nail repair and the lady that was sitting in the first chair was extremely rude. They don’t close until 9pm and she refused to service me! Told me she was leaving early because no customers. Now I see why you don’t have customers your customer service is TERRIBLE! And clean up that nail shop it’s FILTHY!

She nice and all but the nails no it’s not what I asked this is uglyyy this is not French tips I don’t not recommend coming here and she cut me and she didn’t even put the nail good and she kept hurting me and she also talks bad about her costumer’s and that’s not all she told her costumer other people business like you don’t need to tell the whole world everything

The WORST customer service! I called around 1pm to see if I could come in at 5:45/6pm for a simple Gel Pedicure. This photo was taken at exactly 5:46pm and the older lady in the salon refused to come to the front door and had a closed sign an 1hr and 14 minutes before close!! This is with me calling ahead at 1pm!!!!!!!This is disappointing and I will never go here!
