The care and dedication of everyone I have dealt with has been greater than I have ever experienced. The house is wonderful, great quality and just as described and sold. Thanks Collin and the team!

Dalton Homes is a quality builder. In DFW it's important to use a quality foundation engineer and not cut corners on the most important part of your home. Dalton Homes uses one of the top engineers in DFW. I'm satisfied with the construction and design of their homes.

We were so incredibly blessed to find Dalton Homes in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. There were three different builders in the neighborhood and the Dalton Home’s stood out. The quality, design and layouts were exceptional! It was everything we wanted! There were a few things we needed to add to the home to fit the needs of our family and they allowed us to do that and completely worked with us on getting it done professionally and perfectly!
