Called to inquire about a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a friend. I was calling from Phoenix and after looking at their website had chosen a few possibilities. Spoke with Lynnell who was so kind and professional. She patiently reviewed my possible choices and gave me recommendations. Also, checked on the availability of some of the flowers in the arrangements I was considering. Lynnell recommended a particular arrangement and even sent a photo of it via text!!! Just the best!!!
