Shout out to J.D. KIMBRA, Service Manager. Resolved an issue I had with a key fob I purchased that turned into a very frustrating ordeal. He resolved it immediately, exceeded my expectations, and as I was leaving a very satisfied customer, I was informed it was his 2nd day on the job! A keeper for sure.
Great, personalized service visit with Vilma Canales. I took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and they were very professional and very nice to work with. I'll definitely be back for service and when it's time to buy a new Jeep!
Had a great experience at Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I worked with Leo via Facebook prior to making the 2 hour drive to him. Most car dealer experiences are negative ones, but not with Leo. He was straightforward in pricing and transparent with me. I was a little nervous because the reviews are far from positive, but took a chance and I’m glad I did! For reference I was just selling a vehicle, not buying. There was zero pressure to buy and I was in and out in about 2 hours. Thanks Leo!
