Juan and his team did a fantastic job on our roof! He fought for additional items that were missed by our insurance adjuster, was very education-focused during this process and completed the project in slightly more than 1 day. Satisfied!
Trustworthy contractor. Juan was able to walk me through my insurance claim setup and insurance adjuster inspection. Unknown to me, my insurance company had a roofing depreciation clause on my policy which allows them to saddle me with covering the depreciated value of my roof for damage claims. Juan was able to explain this policy and gave me sound advise. This resulted in me postponing my claim inspection with the insurance company to discuss further action. This may result in me canceling my roofing claim, but Juan is still helping me find other avenues to repair the roofing damage. Thanks Juan.
