We interview three different builders before we made the right decision to build with Coventry Build on Your Own Lot. Coventry provided us with the right floor plan, expertise and value. I just got the keys to our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. Although our sales rep left company in the middle of the project, our new rep Drew made the transition very smooth and painless. Chris was our project manager and his attention to detail was incredible. He delivered a house and home for us to start the new chapter of our lives. Both Drew and Chris updated us every week and kept us informed of everything taking place. This house is the third time we have built a house (second time with Coventry) and has been by far the easiest and most painless. We built a BOYL with Coventry after our previous home burned down. Although it was a tricky process due to our site (the lot where our old home stood) and some supplier issues, the end result is spectacular. They were responsive throughout the process and professionals in every way.
