David was fantastic, he did everything possible to address a stubborn toilet problem. It was unable to be unclogged, but instead of giving up, David presented new plans of action and assisted in determining the best solution for us. He was fully committed to supporting us in any way he could, completed everything in a single day, and ensured it was cost-efficient. The lady on the phone at Brett & Sons Plumbing was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Dallas needing plumbing services.
The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. He was done in a timely manner, I would estimate about an hour. I had a leak at the base of my toilet and a leaky pipe in my kitchen. My only complaint would be the pricing. In my opinion, it is pretty expensive, but this is my first time using a plumbing service, so I had nothing to compare it to. I can understand the price of the toilet fix as it had to be reset ($298), but the kitchen repair seems to be overpriced ($387). It took the plumber about 15 min and appears that only a tubular pvc pipe was repaired/replaced. This does include a 3 year warranty. We had Grant as our technician when our sewer line backed up, causing a flood in our basement. He carefully walked us through our options, advising against snaking the drain as it would only result in unnecessary expenses - and he was absolutely correct. Instead, he arranged for our septic tank to be pumped. After leaving, he called back, informing us that his superiors at Brett & Sons Plumbing were not in favor of him snaking the drain for free. However, Grant was kind enough to return to our house in Dallas on his way home to do it at no extra cost. This gentleman was truly a blessing today.
