Such a wonderful shopping experience! Big thanks to Gabriel at the Bluemercury Highland Park Village store in Dallas for his exceptional customer service. I live in a city that’s about six hours away from the nearest Bluemercury store, and Gabriel went above and beyond to help me get acquainted with a brand I’ve never been able to try in person. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely willing to help — something that made a real difference!!

Blue Mercury’s team is always spot-on with their amazing service and seriously impressive knowledge of all the brands they carry (and trust me, it’s a LOT of brands lol). I had to come in to exchange a Sisley foundation and the whole Dallas team were amazing. They were all very kind very knowledgeable and professional. Rosie the Sisley expert gave me the most immersive foundation match. She is definitely a master of her craft. I left with more products and I couldn’t be happier!
