I had an amazing experience at Black Optical. One of the screws on my Dita glasses fell out, and this happened on a Sunday when pretty much every optician and glasses store was closed. I stopped by Black Optical hoping someone could help.
David was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I didn’t purchase my glasses from them, he took the time to find a replacement screw and fixed my glasses free of charge. No hesitation, no upsell, just genuine care and professionalism.

This place rocks! My left side had gotten seriously loose after a fall I had taken, and they were the only eye wear place that was open for me to get them fixed, so I called there and I told him that I was on my way because it was almost closing time, and the gentleman that answered the phone, David, told me that as long as I was there by 6:05, then I could get them fixed. I told him that I was on my way and would be there around 5:58. I walked into the place and he greeted me and immediately went to work on my glasses and got them fixed. I’m totally pleased with the excellent customer care that I got from David!

Black Optical has very quickly become my #1 go to for all my glasses needs! Green is an absolute gem to work with and is exceptionally helpful! I get all my questions and curiosities answered very quickly, which I appreciate x10!
