Extremely unprofessional front desk staff, MD/management. I would never bring my child here again and would not recommend this clinic to ANYONE. Medicaid patients are limited on who they are able to see, and it is so unfortunate the two good employees there are surrounded by people that make you question how they ever got the position. They are simply not kind. I will never have my child or myself disrespected and mistreated like that ever again. Dr. Tollia, Janet, and front desk. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Every single time we visited for a SCHEDULED appointment we were waiting at least an hour if not more to be seen. The doctor himself wasn’t bad but the front desk are the most unhelpful people on earth. when you call it feels like everyone is having a competition to see who can get to the phone last and God forbid you don’t do their (non)optional e check in. If I could give this office 1/3 star I would; I genuine disgrace to the BSWH name

They never answer the phone! I don't understand how they are a children's doctor but do not answer. My child had/has an ear infection and the pharmacy had an issue with the medicine and they did not answer. My baby never received her medicine. I am highly upset.
