Last haircut, he remembered the style from last time, despite a month between haircuts; he also asked a clarifying question to make sure we were on the same page about that day's style. He always spends enough time to get the haircut exactly right; he is laid back while also being meticulous. It's also a relief that that they take credit cards instead of just cash or Venmo/Zelle.
